I'm looking for someone to take over my contract for my En Suite Bedroom Type 1 in the IQ Student Accommodation in Hoxton. The room becomes becomes available from the 22nd of January and the contract ends on the 29th of August. You'll be living with 4 very lovely flatmates studying Law, Fashion and Media.
10 minute walk / 5 minute bus journey to SAE Institute
About the Building:
This is a student only complex, and living here is a great way to make new friends in London. Everybody is really friendly, usually there are movie nights in the movie room, and people usually get together to watch sports events too.

Transport:
Buses:
From outside the building you can get the 243, 242, 67 and 149. In a 5 minute walk you can also get the 55, 48, the N35 and the 26 so you can basically get home from pretty much anywhere.
Tube:
Hoxton overground
-3 minute walk.
Liverpool street
-15 minute walk however the 149 and the 242 both go there.
Old street
-is also a 10/15 minute walk, but the 243 can take you there too.
