I am looking for a suitable tenant to take over my tenancy from January 2021 to July 2021. It is in a great location, only a short walk to Solent university and the city centre, would also be suitable for university of Southampton students as well. Included in the price is: a GYM, laundry room, communal area/study room and outside social area! The building is kept really clean with great security and lovely staff there to help 24/7.
