Scape will open its third location in trendy Shoreditch in the summer of 2015. Situated in a quiet urban island just off the Old Street roundabout, our newest student residence will be home to 540 students and 50,000 square feet of educational facilities, communal areas and restaurant and retail space. Within a 3 minute walk from Old Street tube station, Scape Shoreditch is a short journey from City University, College of Law, London Met, Ifs School of Finance, Kaplan, UCL, and University of London!
Scape Shoreditch will have all of the facilities you need to make the most of your time at University. At the heart of the building, our warm and welcoming reception will be staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. At Scape, we're always happy to help - whether it’s answering questions about the building, what's around Shoreditch or just a friendly chat. With secure electronic access, 24 hour security and CCTV, you'll always feel safe at Scape.

Ultimate Student Experience

Designed by Stephen Marshall Architects with creative input from Ab Rogers Design, at an impressive 11 storeys high, Scape Shoreditch is a striking addition to the Old Street area. Restaurant, retail, coworking and teaching spaces are set to fill the lower two levels, with the area taking on a lively and energetic atmosphere at night time.
The building will be topped by four pavilions set within a rooftop landscaped garden available exclusively for our students. The large second level concourse will connect the wings and provide all of our students with access to the huge multipurpose common space. The shared space will contain a free gym, communal kitchen and dining space, private and group study areas, laundry, cincema, lounge with game stations, and open air terrace. Our Social Team of students will put on regular events at Scape and around Shoreditch. Some students also write for our blog, where topics range from exams and revision tips to the best night life in London.

Premium Student Accommodation

When it opens, Scape Shoreditch will offer stylish en suite studios in a vibrant and innovative area of London. Each studio has a three quarter bed, large study desk, 40 inch HDTV, and eat in kitchenette, and private en suite. With high speed Wifi internet, a cork board, built in storage and ambient lighting, these studios will have everything to help you study. Every student in our Shoreditch location will have their own private kitchenette with a mini fridge and combination microwave/grill so everything you need is all in one place.
