Liberty Quays offers 455 Single and 97 Premium study bedrooms plus 10 Studio apartments; all rooms/apartments are fully fitted to a high standard and include an en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin plus data points for high-speed Internet access. All study bedrooms share a fully fitted kitchen and living area - Studio apartments are self-contained.
The student housing in Southampton is arranged in 3, 4, 5 and 6 bed flats and 10 Studio apartments.
On-site facilities
Liberty Quays is fully staffed with an on-site management and maintenance team. We provide 24-hour security for our residents including a comprehensive CCTV system monitoring the site, electronic entry systems to get in and out of the residence plus a manned reception area 24-hours a day for maximum security. The residence also provides wheelchair access, a communal space with digital TV and internet access plus an on-site laundry facility and bike storage.
