Looking for someone to move into our 5 bed house, we have a large double on the bottom floor available, currently we have three girls and one guy due to a last minute drop out we are desperate for someone to take over.
We are all very social and easy going. We will be a mix of first and second years.
Located in between Solent university and Southampton university. Near a large lidl and easy walk to town. There is a large garden, along with a driveway / permit for on street parking, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine/ tumble dryer.
Rent is £111 each a week, totalling to £444 a month per person Including bills.
