I'm 18, I'll be studying English Lang and Creative Writing on the main Chester Campus.
My max budget is probably about £100 per week, including bills. I'd like all bills included in any of the agreements, but if this isn't possible that's okay I don't mind paying bills separately.

I'm flexible when it comes to gender and smokers and age (although the younger the better, so I feel less intimidated! But again, if you have a room I can let I don't mind!).
