From September 2014 I will be a 1st year student at Plymouth University studying Marketing. I would like to find a room in a comfortable house within walking distance to the university and to share with at least one other 1st year. I am currently on a gap year travelling in Australia, New-Zealand, Cook Islands, Brunei, Canada and the US,returning to the UK in July. My mother is writing this advert.! (She is ok.) My home is in Swanage in Dorset so not too far from plymouth but obviously making viewing before I return a bit difficult. I would love an en-suite bathroom but if not possible at least more than one if in a large house. I have already lived away from home a lot so am very independent and know my way round as it were. I love cooking and music and all the usual stuff. Hope there's something out there for me. Kate . Bills included please.
