Hello! We are currently a house of 4 girls and looking for a couple to move into our spare room.
It's a very big room off the lounge and leading onto the garden. It's fully furnished as is the rest of the house. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs to be shared with the other bedroom downstairs.
The rent is £50 per week per person and inclusive of bills and TV licence for communal area, however internet is not. At the moment we are only paying £6 each! Our house is a 20 minute walk from CCCU and town and we also have a bus stop right outside! There is off road parking available. Kitchen facilities include dishwasher, washing machine, two fridge/freezers and microwave.
