Kitchen facilities are excellent - washing machine and tumble dryer are included too. And the garden will be gorgeous for spring barbecues.
House is a 20 minute walk from the UEA campus, but is also on the 21/22 bus route, which gets you into campus in 5 minutes.
Bills vary, but are approximately £30 a month.
