Basement double room in 6 bed shared house in Headingley! I'm looking for someone to take over my contract with Aston Properties (their office is just down the road), that ends in June 2015. Although I'm sure if you wanted to live there longer you'd be able to start another contract with them once that one ends.
House is close to Headingley centre, supermarket, local shops, bus stops into City Centre, restaurants. The train is only about a 10 minute walk away. Also very close to Leeds Beckett University, Headingley Campus. (10/15 minute walk).
My other housemates are women aged 20-28, but obviously it's fine for any gender to move in. They are fun and sociable. The bathroom is so close to the room it might as well be an ensuite. It is only shared with one other woman that lives on the same floor. All housemates keep the place clean and tidy.
Rent is only 350pcm. That includes all bills, Internet and utilities. There was a signing fee of £99 when I started the contract and the deposit was £200.
There is no garden but the house is lovely. There is parking outside the property, on the street.
Available from November 1st, but could be sooner if you're looking to move asap!
