It's in a very close proximity to the main university building and the gym on Pleasance (3-4 minutes of a relaxed walk).
It's a 51 week contract for 6240 pounds. You can pay in instalments - 10 instalments 624 pounds each.
If you are interested, contact me to arrange the university accomodation service approval. It's not a problem, just a matter of a procedure.
The reason I'm leaving is that it's just not for me. I want to rent or share with local people or a family somewhere a bit far from the centre.
