This house is a short walk from Hulme High Street which boasts super convenient ASDA, Argos and Pound-stretcher. It is a 25-30 min walk to Oxford Road / the University of Manchester and 10 mins to Manchester Met\\\'s Brook building. It is close to a bus stop.
Your room overlooks the garden and has a double bed, closet, chest of drawers and shelving with plenty of space for under-bed storage. There are two desks, one in the office room and one in the living room which you are free to use. A large understairs closet and a shed for any extra storage. We also have an Xbox, projector and speakers. The house is clean and decorated and you will be expected to clean up after yourself and help in making sure the shared areas are clean and tidy. There is one bathroom. The kitchen is fully kitted out with all appliances by virtue of having two very good cooks in the house who love to cook (and eat) Indian, Turkish and Arab foods (and the cheeky roast dinner on Sundays). We have a neighbourhood cat called Millie that we feed and cuddle (try to cuddle) and who loves sleeping at the end of your bed.
Your housemates are a recently married couple (22 & 23), both with degrees in Politics and are beginning their professional careers. The lad loves history, watches too many WWII films and is now a trainee history teacher (go figure). The gal loves watching comedy, travelling and making new friends and is beginning a career in HRM.
If you are a good fit you will likely be a grad student / young professional who is a thoughtful, clean and social. You will pay your rent and bills on time. You will be able to communicate with us about your feelings and boundaries because we don\\\'t do passive aggressive in this house. Above all, you should have a good sense of humour.

Once we are all happy to live together we will all need to pay the application fee, sign the contract and put down a deposit. The rent is 250 a month, with bills it is around 300.
