Ideally I would like an en-suite but as that is unlikely to fit my budget I would at least hope for a wash basin in my room. I would like the property to be near by good transport facilities as I will be making a lot of journeys to and from university. Shops and bars within a good reasonable walk from the property with all bills provided for or at least the wifi paid for with contents insurance. The room must be furnished with at least a bed, wardrobe and somewhere to study.
