Hello! I have rented a private student accommodation for 2 years now but I have to move out and I'm searching for someone to replace me. My stuio is a Premier Stuid Plus which is sold out on the accommodation website but I'm eager to give my place to someone for a lower price as I will pay the first month rent. Therefore, the price is actually £178 per month so it's a really good offer :)
The accommodation is new and very modern, on a 3rd floor. Extremely close to the University of Glasgow (the first building is 3 minutes walk). The location benefits from a very peaceful neighbourhood, shops and cafés.
The flat I offer is a studio, more than one person can live there, however, they have to share a one double bed (which is really huge). As it is stated in the title the accommodation is modern, renewed last year. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, spacious room, very clean and elegant with a huge window. All taxes are included, continuous hot water (no need to wait for it) and electricity, no extra charges are put. The rent includes everything, also a very good internet connection (WiFi as well). Any repairs or problems are solved by the landlord so living there is very peaceful and not stressful as you do not have to care about anything.
The common areas are also lovely. A huge common room with TV, playstation and snooker. A washing machine room (the accommodation is not large so there is no problem with queue, or anything. The room is almost always free). Other things include: patio, gym, cinema room, study rooms.
