Property Description
We are a group of 4 students looking for another housemate to take our spare single room. The room is newly decorated and is furnished already. The living space in the house is very large and furnished, all bills and wifi have been sorted though official quotes are currently not available. The location is very close to the University of York, within walking distance and also of the city centre. Very close to a bus stop and convenience stores.
