Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my room in a house from May-end of July.
It's a very nice house in Rusholme and takes 10 minutes by bus to get to uni or if you want to walk about 20minutes.
All bills are paid, there is a massive tv in the living room which has freeview, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.
It is very safe, I have never had any problems in the area and all of the neighbours are really friendly - it takes less than a minute to get to the main road.
