We are three female postgraduate students at Lancaster University looking for another housemate to live with us in a spacious four bed property in the Bowerham area. We are a friendly group and enjoy the occasional night out, going to the pub and socialising when our work allows us to. Ideally, we are looking for another postgraduate student to join us :) The room available has a three-quarter bed and is furnished. The property is located close to local shops and bus stops. There is on-street parking. Bills included are Gas, Electricity, Water, Broadband & TV License. Rent is £85 per week from 1st September for 12 months, and there is no deposit to be paid but instead an advance of two weeks rent (£170).
