A postgraduate student of UCL looking for a room in a non-smoking shared house/flat within London ideally for a 51 week contract beginning September 2016.
I would prefer a contract that is inclusive of bills and within the range of £80-140 pppw.
Close proximity to one of the underground stations would be ideal.
