I am looking for a room in Durham City, preferably in walking distance to the Bill Bryson Library from January 7th 2015. I am going to start my PhD in Durham this January and I would like to live together with some people. I don’t mind if they are undergraduates, postgraduates or professionals.
I would prefer to live with sociable people who don’t mind hanging out every now and then. Apart from that, I am looking for a furnished room for up to 120 Pounds a week (max.). I would definitely need wireless internet and a washing machine would come in handy.
I am female, 27 years old and German. In my spare time I enjoy reading, going to museums and travelling. I am a very outgoing, friendly, open-minded person who is pretty tidy. I also like to bake (even though my cookies don’t always turn out great) and go to flea markets.
I don’t have any kids nor pets but do not mind either (in fact, I like both). I am non-smoker and will always pay my rent in time. I am looking forward to hear from you!
