Four girls (1 second year and 3 third years) looking for a spacious, clean 4 bed furnished house near the centre of Sheffield (no more than 25 minutes walk to both Sheffield Hallam University campuses).
We would prefer to have all bills inclusive, even if this increased the price by ~5% of the weekly budget per person. (Weekly budget per person is £80 max without bills)
We would love a modern, clean kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and washing machine. A good sized bathroom, good sized lounge and/come dining room. Not bothered about a garden, however it would be a nice perk to having a house rather than being in student halls.
