Property Description
I have a single room available, the property is a small 2 bedroom house in the Dunkirk area a short walk from the university (5-10 minutes). Nearest shop is a spar just down the road, nearest supermarkets are probably in Beeston or Lenton (both about 20-40 minute walk) The room is furnished, and the house has a single bathroom, living room (unfurnished), and kitchen.
I'm a friendly guy looking for a new housemate because my current housemate has failed his course and is not coming to uni again this year. I'm in my final year so I'm probably going to spend a majority of my time this year putting effort into my degree.
