Spare room available in lovely 6 bedroom house on Charlotte Road for this September. Myself and five friends planned on living there in our second year but I have unfortunately had to drop out, so am looking for someone to take my place. You would be living with five warm and friendly second and third year students of Sheffield Hallam University, all very welcoming and eager to meet new people.
The house is in an ideal location on Charlotte Road near the city centre, just a ten minute walk from the Moor, a ten minute walk from the university and a five minute walk from Aldi! It has a large kitchen with two cookers, a lounge with sofas and a telly and a nice garden at the back where there will definitely be BBQs and campfires.
Your room is £87 per week, situated on the first floor overlooking the garden with an en-suite and 3/4 length bed. Can't recommend the place or the people enough! If interested please feel free to get in touch ASAP :)
