The house is currently occupied by 4 male Nottingham Trent students about to begin their final year of studies. Originally the house was full but one resident decided to do a work placement year away from Nottingham and is looking to reallocate his room. All residents are friendly, welcoming and social able yet hardworking and committed to their studies.
A 3 storey house boasting a large communal living space with brand new sofas and also a garden area. The build is relatively modern throughout but not the very newest build. The kitchen contains a fridge/freezer, a microwave and electric oven and a washer/dryer. There is a decent amount of storage space for food and utensils. however there is no dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, one containing a shower, toilet and sink and one containing a toilet and sink.
4 of the 5 bedrooms are of near identical size containing a double bed a wardrobe and shelf/draw space. One room is bigger than the others but this is already occupied.
There is internet and cable television installed so may require some contribution along with the other residents. Outside there is space for two cars on the driveway.
