The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with a fridge freezer, dish washer and washer/dryer.

Tenancy set up:

- Student administration fees are chargeable at £100 per person and due upon taking a property.

- £50 is refundable to each person which will be clarified upon application. This is providing the whole house completes all of the required paperwork, all agreed monies are received and agreements are signed within the 12 day deadline.

- A damage deposit is usually paid 30 days prior to the tenancy start date (the exact amount will be specified on the property advert and in the contract).

- Guarantors are charged at £50 per tenant. In the case where a UK guarantor is not available, we may require a higher rental payment upfront or a deposit amount. These amounts will be clarified on the application.

- The first month's rent is usually paid within the 12 day deadline.

Please note in the event that you decide not to take the property as an individual or a group all administration fees, guarantor fees, first month rental payments and deposits are non-refundable.
