You’re right by De Montfort University which is just a five minute walk away and the University of Leicester is also within walking distance, under 20 minutes away. Alternatively, Sulets runs a shuttle service from outside Eastern Boulevard to the University of Leicester campus.

As well as access to the universities, Eastern Boulevard is in a great location for accessing Leicester’s main leisure attractions. Highcross Shopping Centre is just a 15 minute walk away and bars, restaurants and nightclubs are all within the same distance. On top of that, the King Power Stadium – home of Leicester City FC – is less than 10 minutes away on foot.

There are bus stops just round the corner from Eastern Boulevard servicing the city centre and the local area, including the famous Golden Mile so you can take in everything that Leicester has to offer. Plus the train station is within walking distance, meaning you can easily pop back home for the weekend if you want to.
