Each of our Hall rooms come equipped with a desk, chair, wardrobe, set of drawers, bookshelf, single bed, mattress cover and a bin.
You are free to use any of the bathrooms on your floor (females upstairs, males downstairs). All bathrooms are fitted with showers and are cleaned everyday Monday to Friday by our team of onsite cleaners.
Kitchens in Hamstead Hall are shared between 5 - 10 students. All kitchens are equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board, Hoover and dining area. Kitchens are cleaned daily by our team of onsite cleaners, all you have to do is the dishes!
Our rents are inclusive of all utility bills, contents insurance* and a FREE National Express West Midlands bus pass for 2015/16*. All our rooms come with 10Mb high speed internet and IPTV (TV on your laptop through the internet).
We don’t take deposits so it’s only the rent you pay when you move in.
