The house is just a 5 minute walk from Glenside Campus. It is also on the UWE bus route for Frenchay.
There are three other housemates in the house (two guys and a girl) who are on nursing courses at Glenside.
The tenants are responsible for the bills on the property and you should allow £30 - 40 per month for these.
The room is available from now until 30th July 2015.
The new tenant must be able to provide a deposit and a parental guarantor is also required. They should also have student status. This is a no smoking property.
