New for 2015, Scape Surrey will open in Guildford, a 7 minute walk from the University of Surrey. The University of Law, Guildford is less than 20 minutes away by bus, and you can reach Guildford College, Guildford Institute and Academy of Contemporary Music in only 15 minutes.
Scape has everything you need to feel at home while studying in Guildford. Our Building Manager, Maintenance and Housekeeping teams are all based on site, and our reception will be staffed 24 hours a day. Whether you have a question about your room, our events for students, or the local area, our team of friendly receptionists are always happy to help. Secure key access and CCTV throughout the building will mean you’ll always feel safe when staying at Scape.

Brand new student apartments
Our expansive atrium reception area will be as eye-catching as our red, yellow and orange window boxes over five storeys. Designed by Ab Rogers Design, the communal space on the first floor will have games tables and a TV lounge - the perfect place to meet other residents. Overlooking the space will be a quiet loft style study area on the second floor with study desks and high speed wifi throughout the whole building, so you can get online anywhere.

The private courtyard garden will be available for events, and is where students can find our secure bike storage. Our Social Team will organise regular events, you can look out for them in their yellow shirts. Some of our students also write for our blog, and cover topics from money saving and careers, to things to do and seasonal events.

Scape combine beautiful rooms with a vibrant social scene. Just like at our London locations, all the rooms at Scape Surrey have been created by Ab Rogers Design with students in mind. High quality materials, integrated storage and lots of natural light mean that your space will be homely and efficient.
Our newest student accommodation will open 141 rooms over the summer of 2015, with a mixture of studios and 6 or 8 bed apartments. Every apartment will have a shared kitchen and lounge, and every single room at Scape comes with its very own TV.
