Student Housing facilities
Liberty Park offer 632 Single, 38 Premium and 19 Double study bedrooms plus 1 self-contained flat. Premium rooms are in the new extension of the building, include a ¾ bed and are larger in size than a standard Single so they cost a little more. All rooms/flat are fully fitted to a high standard and include an en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin plus data points for high-speed Internet access. Single, Premium and Double study bedrooms share a fully fitted kitchen and living area - the Flat is self-contained.
The student accommodation is arranged in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 bed flats and 1 self-contained Flat.
On-site facilities
Liberty Park is fully staffed with an on-site management and maintenance team. We provide 24-hour security for our residents including a comprehensive CCTV system monitoring the site, electronic entry systems to get in and out of the residence plus a manned reception area 24-hours a day for maximum security. The residence also provides a spacious communal living area with Sky television, a gymnasium for residents' exclusive use (ask the on-site management team for membership details), a 24-hour on-site laundry facility and an on-site independent supermarket.
