Thank you for your interest in Liberty Hall Student Accommodation in Central London.

Liberty Hall is located on Graham Street in Zone 1 and the nearest stations are Angel and Old Street.

We have both En -Suite bedrooms and Studios available, please see the below descriptions to help decide which is best for you for your September 2015 booking.

“Can I live with friends?...”
Yes - For those students who book early enough, you’ll be able to select your own room. Groups of friends can choose to live together on one floor, or you may wish to meet new people and live with people you don’t know – we will try and match students who are in a similar year or on a similar course.

“I’m not a first year – can I still live at Liberty Hall?...”
Yes - It does not matter what year you are in. We accommodate any students from 1st years to postgraduate students, studying at both universities and the college in the city.

“How much does it cost?...”
The 2015-2016 price list is available to view online go to [website removed] to see the different room types available to you.


“What is included in the rent?...”
All prices are per week and include the following benefits:

“Do I pay any booking fees?...”
A £200 booking fee is required for every room at the time of booking, and this then becomes your security deposit when you move in. The deposit is secured with the TDS, and then the £200 is returned to you at the end of your tenancy (following a vacating inspection).
If you already live at Liberty Hall then we’ll just transfer this year’s deposit to your 2015/16 booking... so book and pay nothing now!

There are no other admin or management fees that you may experience with private landlords or letting agents.

“What room can I book?...”

Single Non en-suite: Single bedroom with a small double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The single non en-suite room is located within a 2 – bedroom cluster flat. The flat has 2 single bedrooms, with a shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

Studio Flat : Double bed in a self-contained furnished studio apartment, including private kitchen & en-suite bathroom. Suitable for a couple.


“When I can book?...”
You can book online now at [website removed] for 51 week contract. We advise that you make your booking quickly to avoid missing out!

“Can I see a room now?...”
Yes - we can offer you a viewing at Liberty Hall to have a look at the selection of rooms available. Simply email or call us on [phone number removed] if you wish to view a room and we’ll book an appointment to see what ever type of room/s you want– viewings are available NOW!
