Student Housing facilities
Liberty Point offers 679 Single and 33 Double study bedrooms; all rooms are fully fitted to a high standard and include an en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin plus separate telephone and data points for high-speed Internet access. All study bedrooms share a fully fitted kitchen and living area – in each of these common areas a television with Freeview is provided.
The student accommodation is arranged in 4, 5 and 6 bed flats and includes 4 purpose-built rooms designed for residents with disabilities.
On-site facilities
Liberty Point is fully staffed with an on-site management and maintenance team. We provide 24-hour security for our residents including a comprehensive CCTV system monitoring the site, electronic entry systems to get in and out of the residence plus a manned reception area 24-hours a day for maximum security. The residence also provides a spacious communal living area, on-site laundry facility and a limited number of car parking spaces (available on a first come first served basis).
