Bedroom facilities
Liberty Quay offers 610 Single and 85 Double study bedrooms; all rooms are fully fitted to a high standard and include an en-suite shower, toilet and washbasin plus separate telephone (for incoming and internal calls only) and data points for high-speed Internet access. All study bedrooms share a fully fitted kitchen and living area.
The accommodation is arranged in 6 bed flats and includes 2 purpose-built rooms designed for residents with disabilities.
On-site facilities
Liberty Quay is fully staffed with an on-site management and maintenance team. We provide 24-hour security for our residents including a comprehensive CCTV system monitoring the site and electronic entry systems to get in and out of the residence. The residence also provides an on-site laundry facility.

Liberty Quay, Newcastle and Northumbria University have exclusive arrangements to accommodate 1st, later years or international students studying on a full-time programme
All residents of Liberty Quay will be Northumbria University's students residing in the property under Liberty Living's Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement (AST). The management and maintenance of this property will remain with Liberty Living with support from a University Housing Officer.
