The Summit is split into two buildings, ‘The Tower’ and ‘The Annexe’. The Tower offers studio rooms across 22 floors, whilst The Annexe houses one bed apartments, the largest rooms on offer at The Summit, spread out over four floors.

All rooms are furnished to a high standard and provide plenty of natural light with floor to ceiling windows. Every room has a wall mounted HD ready flat screen TV – 32” in studio rooms or 42” with Sky TV in one bedroom apartments and platinum studio rooms – either two tub chairs or a two-seater sofa and a coffee table. The kitchen includes a built-in oven, four ring hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. A designer en-suite bathroom with power shower and tiled floor completes this contemporary student property.
