The Village in Hull is an excellent student base. The accommodation is on a spacious secure landscaped site, close to Hull York Medical School and a ten minute walk from the University of Hull.
Set in sublime surroundings, with great transport links, there is a regular bus service which can take you to the train station in 10 minutes. On-site parking spaces are available and can be arranged for a small fee.
The Village offers spacious standard and en-suite rooms, the majority of rooms are en-suite. All rooms are fully furnished with a small double bed, spacious wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk, chair, radiator, pin board and large windows, with cabled internet access in each room.
Student Wardens are based on-site to support you throughout your academic year. We also have an on-site accommodation manager who ensures the property runs smoothly.
All rents are fully inclusive of broadband and utilities.
We do not take a Deposit. The non refundable Reservation Fee converts to an advanced rental payment once the letting starts, and is deducted from the last rental payment.
