Dashwood Studios is a private student accommodation located on the boundary of Zones 1 and 2 in Southwark just minutes away from all that Central London has to offer. The building comprises of 232 studios with five classifications: Standard, Standard Plus, Premium, Premium Plus and Deluxe. All studios include a kitchenette (with microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, twin electric hob, kettle & breakfast bar) as well as an en-suite shower room, double or 3/4 double bed with storage underneath, double wardrobe, large desk, iron and ironing board. All bills are included in the rent as well as a 10mb/s unlimited usage internet connection.
Dashwood also offers excellent communal areas including a TV lounge (Sky TV) on each floor, a study room on each floor, a fantastic student hub with table tennis, pool, xbox 360 kinect with large screen TV and a vending machine. There are laundry facilities on site open 24 hours, and special discounted membership at a local gym.
This is student accommodation as it should be: comfortable, clean, affordable.......and FUN!
Our Management Staff offer excellent customer service and our team of caretakers ensure that any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and with the minimum disruption to you. We also offer 24/7 security on-site with regular patrols of the building and perimeters.
